White Vortex Management slu is specialised in driver and race team management. Bas Leinders is currently working as Sporting Director at Optimum Motorsport which also runs the Inception Racing effort in the IMSA Weathertech Sports Car Series in the United States.

Thanks to his long experience in car racing Bas has gained enormous expertise, a former Formula One test driver, Bas Leinders was previously the Sporting manager at McLaren GT and  Team Principal of the BMW Motorsport works supported team, Marc VDS Racing Team. In his current role at Optimum Motorsport, Bas Leinders is the Sporting Director, his goal is to optimise the organisation and to maximise the sporting results of the team around the world. 

Since working for Optimum, the team won the Britsh GT3 and GT4 championship, won the IMSA Endurance Cup, GT World Challenge Gold Cup Championship as well as winning the Asian Le Mans GT Championship.
